Position Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Media Buyer with strong expertise in paid search (primarily Google Ads) and paid social media platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn. This role is ideal for someone who is both analytical and creative, with hands-on experience managing and scaling paid media campaigns for lifestyle, wellness, sports, fitness, health, and e-commerce brands. You will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling performance-driven campaigns while ensuring accurate tracking, strong creative direction, and clear reporting.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across:
o Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
o Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
o TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn
· Set up and maintain accurate tracking using tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, pixels, and conversion APIs
· Write clear and actionable creative briefs for designers and copywriters based on performance data and audience insights
· Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and overall performance
· Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis
· Monitor budgets, pacing, and daily performance to ensure efficient spend
· Analyze campaign data and provide regular performance reports with insights and recommendations
· Test new creatives, audiences, formats, and bidding strategies to drive growth
· Stay up to date with platform updates, best practices, and industry trends
Must Have Skills
· Proven experience as a Media Buyer managing both paid search and paid social campaigns
· Strong expertise in Google Ads, with hands-on experience optimizing search campaigns
· Experience running ads on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn
· Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, and analytics
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action
· Experience working with lifestyle, wellness, sports, fitness, health, or e-commerce brands
· Ability to write clear creative briefs and collaborate with creative teams
· Detail-oriented, organized, and performance-focused
· Able to work independently in a remote setup and align with UAE working hours
Preferred Skills
· Experience scaling e-commerce campaigns
· Familiarity with CRO and landing page optimization
· Experience managing multiple ad accounts or brands simultaneously
