Billing Cycle & Payments
- Pro-rata structure and charged in advance
- Invoices must be cleared before next billing cycle
- Recommended: Wise and Bank Transfers for efficiency
Overtime & Leave Policies
- Overtime only paid when approved by host company
- Approved overtime added to next invoice
- Casual and sick leaves covered on pro-rata basis
Salary & Bonuses
- Staff must be paid once timeproof is verified
- All bonuses sent via MVM (we don't take a cut)
- No direct payments to staff allowed
