Billing at a Glance

Billing Cycle & Payments

  • Pro-rata structure and charged in advance
  • Invoices must be cleared before next billing cycle
  • Recommended: Wise and Bank Transfers for efficiency

Overtime & Leave Policies

  • Overtime only paid when approved by host company
  • Approved overtime added to next invoice
  • Casual and sick leaves covered on pro-rata basis

Salary & Bonuses

  • Staff must be paid once timeproof is verified
  • All bonuses sent via MVM (we don't take a cut)
  • No direct payments to staff allowed
